It can be a valuable support during fertility journeys, working alongside assisted reproductive technologies. Within this tradition, spiritual healing promotes embodiment, integration of life experiences, and the release of various forms of trauma.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some people may experience relief after just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing treatments to maintain optimal wellness.

  • During a session, you will lie comfortably on a massage table while the practitioner uses gentle, external techniques on your abdomen and lower back. It is a relaxing experience for most, often described as soothing and nurturing.

    • Recommendation of complementary modalities:
– Herbal remedies

  • Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy® is generally safe for most individuals. However, it is not recommended for pregnant women during their first trimester or individuals with an IUD, active infections or cancer in the pelvic area. We also avoid massage during menstruation.

  • Yes, Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Therapy® can complement other holistic health practices such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, IV vitamin and nutrient therapies and herbal medicine. Always inform your practitioner about any other treatments you are receiving for coordinated care.

  • Before your session, it is recommended to avoid heavy meals and wear comfortable, loose clothing. After the session, drink plenty of water to support the body's detoxification process and allow yourself time to rest and relax.

  • Each client is instructed in performing the abdominal massage for themselves. By performing simple self care massage daily for 2-10 minutes, it provides the individual with the ability to improve their symptoms while working with their practitioner.
